At Furni Sales Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your furniture purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of delivery.

Our Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please ensure:

  • Item is in original condition with all packaging
  • Include all original tags and accessories
  • Securely package to prevent damage during transit
  • Include the return authorization number on the package

Step 4: Refund or Exchange Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Exchanges: We’ll ship your replacement item within 1-2 business days

Note: Shipping costs for original orders are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs to resend your replacement item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality control reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Ottomans & Stools with fabric upholstery (unless defective)
  • Custom or special order items
  • Items not in original condition or missing packaging

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
